01. QUESTIONS ABOUT MEMBERSHIP
How to Join Joining is simple — just complete your details on our sign-up page. We’ll send you a link to the application form so you can set up your account and become a panel member. If you are 16 years old or younger, please ask a parent or guardian to register on your behalf. You can then participate in surveys through them.
Global Participation Yes — Medical Panel Junction is a global panel, and you can participate from anywhere in the world.
There are no costs associated with joining the panel and you can leave at any time. However, you'll need an e-mail address to receive invitations to participate in surveys and you'll need to be able to access the internet to complete our online surveys.
We will send you an e-mail welcoming you to Medical Panel Junction and you will begin receiving e-mail invitations to take surveys. The e-mails will contain all the information you need to take part. Once you complete a survey, you'll have the opportunity to earn points.
02. QUESTIONS ABOUT SURVEYS
Surveys are conducted to gather valuable insights from the people who use products and services. Businesses, governments, public bodies, and other organizations use these opinions to better understand public needs, preferences, and attitudes. The more they know about what customers and citizens think, the easier it is for them to improve, adapt, and deliver solutions that truly meet those needs.
We send survey invitations regularly; however, we cannot predict exactly who will receive an invitation or when. Each survey is customized to meet the specific research goals of our clients, so the frequency of invitations depends on how well your profile matches a particular study. To increase your chances of being selected, we recommend keeping your profile as complete and up to date as possible. Please also note that some email firewalls or spam filters may block survey invitations—adding our sender address to your safe list can help ensure delivery.
Unfortunately, there’s no alternative method to participate—our surveys must be completed online via the Internet.
03. QUESTIONS ABOUT PRIVACY
No Sale of Personal Information We do not sell the personal information of our panel members, nor will we ever attempt to sell you any product or service.
Our contact details are available in our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed via the link at the bottom of every page on the Medical Panel Junction website.
Use of Personal Information We generally use your personal information for the following purposes: Account & Survey Communication – To communicate with you about your account, survey participation, and related activities. Survey Matching – To tailor survey opportunities to your profile and interests. Legal Compliance – To meet our legal obligations, including, but not limited to, compliance with taxation requirements. Incentive Management – To administer and manage our incentive programs and fulfill your requests for rewards. Prize Draw Administration – To facilitate your participation in prize draws and communicate with you regarding your entries. Record Maintenance – To update, maintain, and verify our records.
Accidental or Unauthorized Sign-Up It is possible that someone entered your email address by mistake when attempting to join Medical Panel Junction, or that it was used without your permission. If you do not wish to join, simply ignore this email and the follow-up reminder that will be sent. Your details will not be added to our records, and you will not receive any further communication from us.
We value your participation in our panel and hope you choose to remain part of our community. However, if you wish to unsubscribe at any time, you may do so by: Sending an email to panelsupport@medicalpaneljunction.com, or Visiting the Contact Us page on our panel website, selecting the subject “Account Closure Request” or “Unsubscribe.” We will make reasonable efforts, as required by law or regulation, to process your request within a reasonable period after receipt—typically within 7 days. During this time, you may still receive messages that were prepared before your request was processed. Upon termination of services, your contact information will be removed from all communication lists related to the closed account.
04. QUESTIONS ABOUT BADGES
As you continue completing activities with Medical Panel Junction, you’ll level up. There are 3 level At each level, there are key milestones required to complete your level.
Your level is related to your membership, based on your actions like taking surveys and earning rewards. You can level up by unlocking all the achievements available at your current level in a 365 day period. For example, if you’re a Frist Level member, you need to complete all the available First Level activities to level up and become a Second Level member. You can also unlock achievements for levels above your current one. For example, if you complete 100% of your survey profile, you’ll get a Third Level status badge – but you cannot reach Third level until you’ve achieved all the necessary achievements.
First Level members are just getting started. To reach First Level status, all you have to do is sign up and activate your account.
Third Level members have reached the top. They have a complete profile, completed fifty activities (or more) and maintain regular activity.
To reach Third Leve status, members must:
Complete 100% of their survey profile
Take a survey in three consecutive weeks
Complete 50 activities
Second Level members are active and regular members who have almost completed their profile.
To reach Second Level status, members must:
Complete 75% of their survey profile
Take a survey in three consecutive weeks
Complete 25 activities
Maintaining Your Achievement Level It’s simple — keep sharing your opinions regularly. We recommend completing activities at least once a week to maintain your current level. If you stop participating, you will eventually lose your consecutive activity achievement and drop down a level. Additionally, make sure your profile remains up to date. Certain sections, such as Technology and Automotive, expire over time. If your profile completion percentage has decreased since your last login, revisit your profile and complete any sections that are incomplete.
Points earned from achievements can be viewed on your Survey History page, where they will appear as “Community Achievement.”
To view all the achievements you’ve earned, go to the Achievements tab in your account.
05. QUESTIONS ABOUT AMERICAN RED CROSS
No. This donation is separate to your survey rewards and does not affect your points balance. This does not constitute a donation on your behalf so is not tax deductible.
